Returns policy

Return and Exchange:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 48 hours. Please note that the sneakers must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

To reduce our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper-free. We encourage you to use the original packaging for returns. Returns without this protection may not be accepted.

In the cancelation situation, our fulfillment process starts after 1 day from receiving the order. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders once they are shipped. All shipped orders are subject to our standard return policy.
